Senior Interior Designer

Senior Interior Designer job in London working on high-end F&B, spa and large-scale hotel projects, starting in October 2026. This senior-level opportunity suits an experienced designer with strong creative, technical and project coordination skills, supporting projects from concept through completion while providing design direction, overseeing assigned project areas and mentoring junior team members.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop projects from concept through completion
• Provide design and technical direction
• Coordinate closely with FF&E teams
• Support client, consultant and contractor communication
• Mentor junior designers and delegate tasks

You will oversee presentations, drawings, specifications, schedules and construction documentation while supporting delivery against project programmes, budgets and contract requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum six years'' interior design experience
• High-end F&B, spa and hotel experience
• Strong interior architecture and construction knowledge
• Advanced AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Good working knowledge of SketchUp

You will need strong presentation, communication and managerial skills, confident free-hand sketching and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of Revit, Enscape, 3D Studio Max or Rhino would be advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

• -50,000 - -55,000
• One-year fixed-term contract
• October 2026 start
• Hybrid working available after probation
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
