You’ll collaborate with a passionate team of design specialists to craft immersive, unforgettable environments that define contemporary hospitality.We’re seeking an imaginative, driven designer with a deep understanding of high-end hospitality interiors. Your portfolio should reflect a flair for bold concepts, refined spatial storytelling, and an ability to push creative boundaries while maintaining design precision. You should be confident leading projects from initial concept through to final delivery.This studio fosters a collaborative, open, and inclusive culture, and as a Senior Designer you’ll play a key role in mentoring others, contributing to a dynamic creative environment, and helping shape the studio’s evolving design voice.

Responsibilities

Lead concept-driven, high-profile hospitality projects from concept through delivery.Collaborate with a team of design specialists to craft immersive environments for luxury hospitality spaces.Mentor and guide junior designers, contributing to a dynamic, collaborative studio culture.Contribute to shaping the studio’s evolving design voice and maintain design excellence across projects.

Qualifications

A strong portfolio of luxury hospitality interior projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative SuiteProven experience leading projects from concept to completionA collaborative mindset and ability to inspire and guide junior designersStrong communication and presentation skills
