The payroll team operates in a high-volume environment with complex, commission-based pay structures. While the transition is progressing, there remains a need to reduce manual work, strengthen controls, resolve process issues and ensure the business is getting the maximum value from ADP. This is a hands-on role for a self-sufficient payroll systems and process-improvement specialist who can quickly assess current ways of working and implement practical, scalable improvements.
