This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and self-sufficient designer who can take ownership of interaction design and prototyping activity within a multidisciplinary team.The successful candidate will be the lead specialist for interaction design and will play a key role in shaping user journeys, developing prototypes and translating research insights into effective service improvements.What You''ll Be DoingWorking closely with Service Design, User Research and Product Management colleagues, you will:Design intuitive user journeys and interactions based on user needs and evidenceCreate and iterate prototypes using the GOV.UK Prototype KitPrepare and support usability testing activities, including scenarios, journeys and prototypesAnalyse user research findings and feedback to identify opportunities for improvementTranslate insights into clear, actionable design recommendationsHelp define design priorities, requirements and next stepsConfidently make and communicate design decisionsCollaborate effectively within a ..... full job details .....
