Senior Interaction and Motion Designer (Motion, Animation, Mobile Product)Duration: 3 months initially (potential to extend)Location: LondonClient: Chase UKWorking model: OnsiteThe role: We''re seeking a Senior Interaction and Motion Designer to join Chase UK, JP Morgan''s digital consumer bank, to help define the motion language, interaction patterns and iconography for an exciting new mobile product.This isn''t a traditional UI or Product Design role. We''re looking for someone who obsesses over the details that elevate a product from functional to exceptional-timing, easing, choreography, micro-interactions and thoughtful motion that helps users understand what''s happening at every step.You''ll work within a small, collaborative team of Product Designers, Engineers and Product Managers, owning the interaction and motion experience from concept through to production. Everything you create will contribute to a scalable design system and be shipped to users.What you''ll be doing:You''ll take ownership of the product''s interaction and motion system, including:Defining motion principles, behaviours and animation standards across the product.Designing meaningful transitions that guide users naturally through key journeys.Creating loading, processing, confirmation and error state animations that clearly communicate system status.Designing polished micro-interactions including button feedback, selection states, expansion, reordering and navigation.Building a cohesive ..... full job details .....
