to lead MandA integration strategy in this multi-disciplined engineering organisation. The role will require someone to live within an hour of Manchester, and flex to travel as required.What You''ll Do:Lead post-acquisition integrations

from Day 1 through full operational integrationDesign comprehensive integration frameworks

for newly acquired businessesDrive IPO readiness

through standardized processes and governance structuresManage cross-functional teams

and coordinate with divisional leadersDeliver value creation

5+ years

in senior MandA integration rolesProven track record

integrating businesses in engineering, construction, or facilities managementIPO preparation experience

through effective business integration and standardizationSystems integration expertise

including ERP/CRM consolidationExceptional stakeholder management
