Senior Insurance Account Manager (Travel Insurance)
A well-established membership organisation based in London is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join its Commercial team. This is a varied, relationship-focused role sitting at the heart of a travel insurance proposition, responsible for managing key external partnerships and driving commercial performance. This is a part-time role (3 days a week). You will act as the internal travel insurance expert, working closely with the insurance distributor and Principal to oversee product quality, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance, including FCA Consumer Duty obligations. Day-to-day responsibilities include performance analysis against KPIs, competitor research, complaint management, and producing Board-level reporting for senior leadership. You will also support marketing with regulatory and product insight, and contribute to product development and improvement initiatives.There is scope for the role to expand to four days per week upon the launch of a B2B travel insurance proposition, with additional responsibilities around partner onboarding and performance management.The successful candidate will bring solid experience in travel insurance and FCA regulation, strong analytical and numerical skills, and a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
