Why this role You''ll be the senior electrician on residential solar and battery installs, and you''ll stay on the tools. You''ll lead jobs on site, make the technical calls and make sure every home gets a clean, compliant install and a confident handover. The business is growing fast, so there is a real chance to take on more. That means supporting the wider team, helping shape how installs are planned and run, and moving into a leadership role as volumes rise. What you''ll do Carry out and lead residential solar PV and battery installations, from first fix to commissioning. Check system designs against survey reports and proposals before work starts, and flag anything that doesn''t add up.
