Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is looking for a Senior Insight and Performance Manager to lead our Data Engineering, Analysis and Selections teams and help us become a more insight-led organisation.  Working closely with our Head of Fundraising Data and Operations, you''ll have the opportunity to shape how we use data to understand our supporters, identify opportunities for growth and make smarter decisions about where we invest our time and money.  There''s a lot to get involved with. From forecasting and audience insight to developing our data platform, improving self-service reporting and helping teams test and learn, you''ll connect people, data and ideas to create meaningful change across the organisation.
