Senior Insight Analyst

Senior Insight Analyst Role Purpose Lead and manage a team of analysts delivering high-quality customer, business, operational and predictive insight. Responsible for providing trusted analytics and intelligence that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organisation. The role focuses on transforming complex data into meaningful information, actionable insight and tangible business outcomes. This includes delivering business intelligence projects, customer segmentation analysis, predictive analytics and research initiatives that drive service improvement, organisational performance and customer-focused decision making. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of high-quality business insight projects, intelligence reporting and ad hoc analytical requests. Manage, coach and mentor analytical team members, providing leadership, direction and workload prioritisation. Translate complex datasets into clear and actionable insight that supports strategic objectives and business improvement. Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define analytical requirements and deliver valuable recommendations. Lead customer insight and segmentation activities, identifying behaviours, trends and opportunities to enhance services and customer experience. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data to identify trends, satisfaction levels, performance drivers, costs and emerging patterns.
