We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Insight Analyst to shape data-driven decision-making and performance across our Enforcement team. This high-impact role will transform complex data into clear insights that drive action, continuous improvement, and strategic direction across the business. What You ll Do Analyse dashboards, spot key trends, and perform deep-dive analysis to diagnose performance. Identify and refine the KPIs that truly matter for success. Investigate root causes with frontline and leadership teams, recommending practical solutions and measuring outcomes. Produce engaging reports that explain what s happening, why it s happening, and what s being done about it. Build business cases to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance performance. Deliver impactful insight and commentary to senior leaders, including board-level reporting. Champion a culture of data-led performance management across the organisation.
