What you''ll be doing:As the Senior Initiative Change Lead, you will enable the successful delivery and adoption of change through the effective design, delivery, and tracking of business change activities and interventions.In doing so, you will:Design, deliver, and evaluate interventions to build change capability across the organisation as a key enabler for the successful implementation of changeAssess, understand, and develop the change capability to support the delivery of specific initiatives by developing a skilled team of change champions across a cross-functional network of colleaguesDefine and implement ..... full job details .....
