Senior Infrastructure Engineer / Infrastructure Support Engineer - Basingstoke - 3 days a week in the office - £60-65k + benefits. The opportunity is for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with extensive 3rd Line Support skills to join a Basingstoke based organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation programme. The role requires onsite presence in the office 3 days per week.Responsibilities

Provide 3rd Line Support across the Wintel and Linux StackDesign, implement and manage complex hybrid infrastructure solutionsManage the cloud infrastructure (mixed environment)Help to ensure a proactive service is provided, ensuring high quality systems are in place, working and proactively maintainedAct as a technical escalation point for the Service Desk TeamParticipate in the on call rotaThe Person / Qualifications

In depth 3rd Line Infrastructure Support background with skills in Windows, Linux and Desktop Operating SystemsAzure, Active Directory, ADD, M365, EntraID, File Services, DNS, DHCPKnowledge of IntuneExperience in PowerShell scriptingIdeally some AWS / GCPBasic Networking skills - TCP/IP, LAN / WAN, VPN, Routers, Switches and FirewallsQualifications such as the AZ104 or AZ900 are a bonus but not necessary, as would an educational qualification in IT (e.g. Degree in Computer Science) and/or ITIL ..... full job details .....
