Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you''ll work alongside other Infrastructure and M365 Engineers, taking ownership of infrastructure platforms, cybersecurity, automation and technical projects. While you''ll initially work closely with end users and the IT Service Desk to build a strong understanding of the environment, this is primarily an infrastructure-focused role. You''ll act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and help drive continuous improvements across the IT estate.
