Senior Infrastructure Engineer -Malta Office - Hybrid 45,000 - 52,000 (Euros)

Join a leading European tech-driven team as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer and help shape reliable, secure, and innovative IT systems for our client''s multi-site operations!

The Role:

• Own, optimise, and enhance IT infrastructure across data centres and offices throughout Europe.
• Work on BAU tasks (firewall, VM builds, patching, troubleshooting) and drive automation and efficiency.
• Lead or support business-critical infrastructure projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Address security and compliance (SOC meetings, vulnerability management, GDPR).

• Work with multiple teams to design, implement, optimise, and maintain solutions

What You''ll Bring:

• 4+ years'' experience in senior infrastructure or enterprise IT roles.
• Hands-on expertise with hypervisors (VMware, Proxmox), Windows Server, networking (ACL, NAT, VPN), enterprise storage, backups, and server hardware.
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 admin.
• Bonus points for Azure Cloud, Intune, Grafana/Nagios, Cisco/Meraki, Linux, Terraform, Ansible, PCI/ITIL knowledge.
• Detail-focused, proactive, and collaborative - with project ownership and a strong sense of accountability.
