Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Role: Senior Infrastructure EngineerSalary/Rate: £529-629 per day inside IR35 Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week split between London and Milton Keynes Contract Duration: 6 monthsWe are currently looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for our government client.This Senior Infrastructure Engineer role is hybrid, based between 3 days per week on sites in both London and Milton Keynes, and the remainder of the week working from home. There is no further flexibility with expected time on sites, or the office locations.The contract for this Senior Infrastructure Engineer position is for 6 months, with potential to extend, operating inside IR35.Security Clearance: Developed Vetting (DV Security Clearance) This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.Essential Skills / Experience required:Strong Microsoft Azure administration and support experience.Hands-on experience installing and managing Azure Arc-enabled servers.Experience deploying and supporting Azure Monitor Agent (AMA).Experience deploying and supporting XDR/EDR security agents.Strong Windows Serveradministration skills.Strong Linux server administration skills.Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPNs, firewalls, and proxies.Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting.Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.Bachelor''s degree in ..... full job details .....
