Senior Infrastructure Engineer

On behalf of DWP, we are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for a 12 month (Inside IR35) contract. Hybrid working from any DWP hub in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield. DWP Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support ORCA, a critical Fraud andamp; Error platform hosted within a Linux based on premise infrastructure environment. This is an opportunity to join a highly experienced team responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability and ongoing enhancement of a business critical application estate. Working closely with senior technical stakeholders, you will take ownership of infrastructure services, support changes and enhancements, investigate incidents and provide technical guidance on the future direction of the platform. You will work alongside a Senior DevOps Engineer to support and improve a key service within DWP. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, your main responsibilities will be to:.
