Senior Infrastructure Delivery Manager - Storage Migration 9-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - market rateLondon based - hybrid working - 3 days a week onsiteBanking sector Role PurposeTo lead and deliver a complex enterprise storage migration project involving multiple technology platforms, application teams and business stakeholders. The role will be accountable for project governance, planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, vendor management and successful migration delivery.The successful candidate will possess strong delivery management capabilities alongside a practical understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments, storage technologies, Windows and Linux platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryLead the end-to-end delivery of the Storage Migration Project.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones and critical path activities.Establish and manage migration waves, cutover plans and implementation schedules.Track progress against agreed deliverables, timelines and project objectives.Manage project governance, reporting and steering committee updates.Ensure risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies are actively managed throughout the project lifecycle.Stakeholder and Application EngagementWork closely with application owners and business stakeholders to understand application dependencies and migration requirements.Coordinate application testing, validation and business acceptance activities.Build strong relationships across ..... full job details .....
