Senior Information Technology Engineer£250 PD to £300 PD Inside IR35 2-month rolling contract with scope to move into permenantOur trusted client is looking for a hands-on Senior IT Support Engineer to join an internal IT team, supporting users and systems across a varied environment to provide 2nd to 3rd line support within a Microsoft environment.The RoleReporting to the IT Manager, you''ll deliver 2nd line support across desktops, servers, mobile devices, applications, and cloud infrastructure (Azure). You''ll manage helpdesk tickets, support site setups, maintain Active Directory, and ensure IT services run smoothly across head office and construction sites.This role is 5 days onsite in Maidstone, Kent with scope to potentially move into a permanent position.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st and 2nd line IT support and escalate to 3rd line where requiredSupport MS 365, Exchange, Mimecast, Azure, and core IT systemsAssist with site setups, networks, mobile provisioning, and documentationEnsure compliance with PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials, and GDPRRequirementsProven experience in an IT support role (preferably strong 2nd line capabilities) is a must have.Strong MS Office knowledge (Access and SharePoint desirable)Excellent communication and customer service skillsFull UK driving licence and own carRight to work in the UKASAP start, one stage interview process. ..... full job details .....
