Role Overview: The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with our client on two exciting opportunities within their Individual Giving team: Senior Acquisition Officer and Senior Retention Officer. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity for experienced direct marketing and fundraising professionals to play a key part in growing and developing a charity''s supporter base, delivering impactful multi-channel campaigns and maximising fundraising income. Whether your expertise lies in attracting new supporters or building lasting relationships with existing donors, both positions will see you developing compelling campaigns, using data and insight to drive performance, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to deliver meaningful supporter experiences. The Opportunities Senior Acquisition Officer In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of multi-channel acquisition campaigns, helping to attract new supporters and grow the charity''s income. You will work across digital, offline and telemarketing channels, with a particular focus on digital fundraising, including paid search and social media advertising. You will manage campaign planning, budgets, creative development and supplier relationships, using performance data and KPIs to optimise activity and inform future acquisition strategies.
