About the team Even though 1 in 4 people have mental health problems, most of us don''t get the help we need. This has to change. We have big goals over the next few years. We''re going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before. Together we''ll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve. The Individual Giving team is focused on recruiting supporters to give a one-off donation or a direct debit to Mind. The team creates insight-led and creative fundraising campaigns and stewardship activities that acquire, retain and deepen engagement with supporters building long-term relationships that help deliver income for Mind. About the role We''re looking for a Senior Individual Giving Officer to join our Individual Giving team on a 6-month fixed-term contract covering sabbatical leave. As a Senior Individual Giving Officer, you will play a key role in delivering and optimising multi-channel fundraising campaigns that inspire supporters and generate long-term income for Mind. You''ll lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of campaigns across direct and digital marketing channels, using supporter insight and performance data to maximise engagement, retention and income growth.
