The charity has increased its Individual Giving income considerably in recent years and is now investing in further growth. This role will take responsibility for the Individual Giving programme, with a particular focus on recruiting regular donors, improving supporter retention and making sound decisions about where to invest. You will manage the Individual Giving team and work closely with Communications colleagues to plan campaigns, develop digital fundraising and turn public engagement into lasting financial support.
