This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Individual Giving professional to shape and deliver a strategic, multi-channel programme, with responsibility for an ambitious annual income target and a strong focus on supporter acquisition, retention, lifetime value and return on investment. You will oversee a broad range of Individual Giving activity, including cash appeals, newsletters, raffles, weekly lotteries, digital acquisition, email and SMS campaigns, in-memory giving and legacy promotion. A key focus of the role will be developing a test-and-learn culture, using insight and data to continually improve acquisition, retention and supporter value across multiple channels.
