Senior Individual Giving and Campaigns Manager (Maternity Cover) YoungMinds Hybrid, London Bridge (1-2 days per week) £50,898 - £56,554 per annum Fixed-term, full-time contract: October 2026 to October 2027 (35 hours pw) Every day, thousands of young people across the UK struggle with their mental health. We''re now looking for an experienced and ambitious fundraising leader to join us as Senior Individual Giving and Campaigns Manager on a maternity cover contract and help drive the next stage of growth in our flagship mass market and individual giving activity. The opportunity This is an exciting leadership role at the heart of our Public Fundraising team. You''ll lead and inspire a talented team responsible for growing income through mass market fundraising, individual giving and high-profile campaigns, including our flagship campaign, which engages thousands of individuals, schools, communities and organisations across the UK to raise funds and wear yellow in solidarity for young people''s mental health.
