YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:Together with internal stakeholders you will define the purchasing roadmap of your spend categories, supporting both ad-hoc spend >25K as well as significant contracts with key vendors 0.5 - 5MYou will work alongside other Procurement Managers covering a diverse range of categories that will include: Tech (SaaS, Infrastructure, Hardware and Licensing)Professional Services and Human ResourcesReal Estate (Property, Facilities and Services)Marketing (specifically Digital and Offline Media)You will negotiate beyond the basic negotiation practices to deliver maximum value for FREENOW, also in very difficult negotiation positionsYou will analyze the current and future spending as well as the current purchasing proceduresYou will establish and maintain positive relationships with key strategic suppliersYou will represent FREENOW in supplier negotiationsAs a service provider for the whole group you will gain cross-functional trust and respect, and will build expertise for strategic categoriesYou will identify and drive improvement initiatives aiming to optimize costs while ensuring best quality servicesYou will ensure that the procurement process is followed consistentlyYou will help to design and implement a purchasing systemTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:You should be a consolidating and reliable character, highly self-motivated, who thrives in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment. You are offering both; an understanding of numbers and people.
