Senior Independent Domestic Violence Advocate
We are looking for an experienced, resilient and proactive Senior Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (Senior IDVA) to join our specialist domestic abuse service. Working with some of the highest-risk victims, you will provide expert advocacy, safety planning and risk management, ensuring victims receive the support, protection and representation they need to navigate abuse, recovery and the criminal justice system. This is an opportunity to combine complex casework with professional leadership, supporting colleagues, building strong multi-agency partnerships and helping shape effective responses to domestic abuse across the wider system. This role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and is based across London, with a mix of office and home-based working. Potential travel across the service area will be required to attend partner meetings, MARACs and support delivery requirements. Do you want to make a difference every day?
