Senior Immigration Consultant

We are partnering with a global immigration and mobility specialist supporting businesses with international expansion, talent mobility and cross-border immigration. With a client-focused and solutions-driven approach, they provide tailored immigration support to organisations and individuals navigating complex international requirements. We are seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Consultant to join the UK In-house team. This role will manage a varied UK immigration caseload, providing high-quality advice and support to corporate clients, HR contacts and assignees. Key Responsibility Manage UK inbound immigration matters, including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Leave to Remain, Entry Clearance, ILR and British Citizenship applications. Provide immigration advice and practical guidance to HR teams, assignees and corporate clients. Conduct detailed legal and regulatory research where required. Maintain accurate case records and ensure all matters are progressed within agreed timescales and in line with current legislation and company procedures. Monitor cases through to completion, including ongoing tracking and audit requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality client service. Provide guidance and support to Immigration Coordinators and Consultants, sharing knowledge and best practice.
