IC Resources .Our exciting new client is seeking a Senior III-V Device Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in III-V semiconductor device design, development, and volume manufacturing. The candidate will play a key role in scaling production of the first product range and developing new products for optical communication systems. This role involves collaboration across RandD, Operations, Engineering, and external foundry partners, ensuring scalability of epi layers, process flows, and tests from prototyping to volume manufacturing.Required Skills

Strong knowledge of semiconductor device manufacturing, especially III-V technologiesExperience in design, testing, and high-volume production of high-speed photodetectors (preferably APDs or photodiodes)Proven ability to transfer products to high-volume manufacturing and collaborate with foundriesExcellent communication skillsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related fieldAdditional Details
