Senior IFA AdministratorNorth Leeds £30,000-£35,000 NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Financial Planning firm in North Leeds, who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join their growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career within a professional and supportive environment.You will work closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, taking ownership of a varied portfolio of administration and supporting the smooth running of the end-to-end advice process.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners Handling complex client queries and providing a high level of service Preparing documentation for client reviews Obtaining and analysing portfolio valuations Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection Processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently Managing the end-to-end new business process Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records Liaising with product providers and working across provider platforms and wrap systems Supporting the firm''s compliance processes Identifying opportunities to improve CRM systems and administrative processes Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure an efficient and high-quality client service About YouThe successful ..... full job details .....
