As a Senior Flood Risk Consultant, you will lead and deliver projects using InfoWorks ICM, TUFLOW, and other advanced software. Collaborate with clients and mentor junior staff to drive project success.Key Responsibilities- Lead flood risk projects with a focus on integrated catchment modelling using InfoWorks ICM.- Deliver 1D-2D hydraulic models for rivers, surface water, and coastal waters.- Build strong client relationships and ensure collaborative working.- Mentor and develop junior team members.- Use GIS tools like ArcGIS, MapInfo, or QGIS for data analysis.- Support project managers with financial and change control procedures.Candidate Requirements- Proven experience in flood risk analysis and hydraulic modelling.- Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM, TUFLOW, and GIS software.- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.- Chartered status or willingness to achieve it.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Why Apply?With a competitive salary of 50,000 - 65,000, this role offers the chance to work on diverse projects and develop your expertise in flood risk management.
