You''ll play a key role in both project delivery and the strategic development of services, helping shape the future of the business while mentoring junior colleagues.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage hydrogeology projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outputs and strong client relationshipsDevelop and interpret conceptual site models, numerical and analytical groundwater models, risk assessments, and large datasetsProvide specialist support on water resources, environmental, land development, contaminated land, and landfill projectsPrepare, review, and communicate technical reports and advice that comply with best practice and legislationIdentify and contribute to business development opportunities within your technical specialismMentor junior staff, delegate tasks effectively, and support professional development within the teamKeep abreast of technical innovations and ensure project delivery adds value for clientsCandidate RequirementsChartered status with GeolSoc, IES, IEMA, CIWEM, or equivalentBSc/BEng in Hydrogeology or relevant subject; MSc or postgraduate ..... full job details .....
