Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Interim Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR to lead a high-performing HR team through a period of transition. Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote | 3–6 month contract | Immediate start. Base pay range available by direct message to the job poster.What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the HR function and managing two direct reports, and their teams.Acting as the go-to expert for Employee Relations, redundancy, and change management.Challenging existing processes and driving improvements across HR operations.Building strong relationships across the business and influencing senior stakeholders.Providing HR reports and providing insights using Excel.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in senior HR roles with strong generalist, change and ER expertise.A confident leader who can coach, manage, drive change, and inspire teams.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret HR data.35-hour week (9am–5pm).Hybrid working (3 days WFH / 2 days office).25 days annual leave + bank holidays.Flexible hours and good benefits.Details
