This is a senior, autonomous role focused on workforce strategy, organisational design, transformation, and culture across complex manufacturing and technical operations. Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner: Partner with site leadership on people strategy aligned to operational and commercial goals Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives Drive change management, restructuring, and culture programmes Support talent, succession, performance, and leadership development Lead complex ER/IR matters and ensure employment law compliance Contribute to productivity, workforce efficiency, and operational improvement initiatives Key requirements of the Senior HR Business Partner: CIPD Level 7 + Chartered FCIPD essential Significant Senior HRBP / strategic HR leadership experience Background in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or critical operations environments Strong experience in organisational change, workforce planning, and transformation Commercially minded ..... full job details .....
