The role will suit someone who enjoys being close to the business, understands the realities of manufacturing, and can balance hands-on HR delivery with more strategic people planning.Cambridgeshire 4 days on site 50,000- 60,000 DOE + 6,000 car allowance + 20% bonus + enhanced pensionKey ResponsibilitiesYou''ll partner with site leadership and operational managers to support the people agenda across the site, with a focus on:Managing complex ER casework across disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, conduct and performance matters.Coaching managers to take more ownership of people issues and build confidence in difficult conversations.Using KPI data, HR analytics and people trends to identify risks, themes and opportunities for improvement.Supporting organisational design, workforce planning and change activity across operational teams.Driving employee engagement, retention, communication and site culture initiatives.Providing practical, commercial HR advice that supports operational performance, not HR in isolation.What We''re ..... full job details .....
