People Change Lead - Fixed Term Contract 9 months with the possibility of an extension Manchester Hybrid and flexible working 1 day onsite and 4 days WFH Flexibility to work 5 days in 4 Option of 28 hours or 35 hours per week Immediate Start Salary up to £40,000 plus competitive benefits package including 41 days annual leave (including statutory holidays) and enhanced employer pension contribution (up to 10% matched) My client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to play a key role in delivering a significant organisational change programme across multiple business areas. Working closely with the Head of People and senior leaders, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of the people elements of the programme, ensuring change is managed effectively, compassionately and in accordance with employment legislation and organisational policies. This is a high-impact role requiring strong organisational change, employee relations and stakeholder management expertise. You will provide trusted advice to leaders, managers and employees throughout the change process, helping to ensure that organisational change is delivered fairly, transparently and with employee wellbeing at its heart.
