This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong technical Human Factors expertise with commercial awareness and the ability to build client relationships, generate work, and lead project delivery in safety-critical environments. You will play a key role in delivering and leading Human Factors work across major programmes including rail infrastructure, HS2, Euston developments, depot projects, London Underground schemes, and RSSB-related work.
