      <description>Location: Southampton | Salary: &amp;pound;49500 - &amp;pound;57400/annum | Type: Permanent | Liberty Recruitment Group  are delighted to be working with a well-established organisation in the search for an HR Business Partner to join them on a  3-month fixed term contract.   This is a focused project role, centred on Employee Relations and policy development, where you will act as the lead specialist across complex ER casework and organisational policy review. Working closely with senior leaders and Trade Union partners, you will provide expert advice, manage risk, and support the delivery of key people initiatives.
