You will bring strong commercial acumen, a pragmatic approach, and extensive HR business partnering experience to help drive performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert HR guidance and constructive challenge to support business performance and decision-making. Develop and deliver people plans aligned to business priorities and organisational objectives. Partner with specialist HR teams to design and implement people initiatives that enhance employee experience and support organisational goals.
