Senior HR Business Partner Manchester City Centre (Hybrid) Circa £60,000 per annum Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (18 months) Job Description: Are you a senior HR leader looking for an opportunity to shape people strategy whilst leading a high-performing HR function? We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR leadership across a complex organisation. This is a highly influential role, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive organisational performance, support transformational change and ensure the delivery of a proactive, commercially focused HR service. Leading a team of HR Business Partners, who in turn manage HR Advisors, you will play a key role in setting direction, developing capability and ensuring consistency of HR delivery across the business. This position requires a confident and credible HR professional with experience operating at a senior level, managing multi-layered HR teams and supporting executive leaders through significant organisational change. This role offers a blend of strategic and operational responsibility, with a focus on leadership, workforce planning, organisational development, change management and complex people matters.
