A Senior HR Reporting Analyst is required for our legal client. The successful candidate will be a technically skilled and insight-driven Senior HR Report Analyst who will be joining a dynamic HR Reporting & Analytics team. Key Responsibilities-
- Build and enhance the People Data Model using Workday Prism and Power BI
- Develop scalable, automated reporting solutions that deliver actionable workforce insights
- Collaborate across HR and business teams to support strategic planning and performance analysis
- Drive data initiatives across workforce planning, HR operations, and strategic projects
Experience required-
- Proven experience in workforce or business analytics
- Strong knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools
- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting (Prism Analytics preferred)
- Solid SQL and Excel skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
