This is a highly visible role within a forward-thinking people function, offering the opportunity to influence large-scale organisational change and workforce transformation programmes.The OpportunityThe organisation is currently undertaking a programme of change. As part of this transformation, new team structures, roles and responsibilities are being designed to support future business needs. Reporting to the senior people''s leadership team, you will lead on organisational design, workforce planning and change management activity, helping to refine existing proposals, incorporate stakeholder feedback and support implementation. A key focus of the role will be managing employee consultation processes, including restructuring activity and redundancy programmes, whilst ensuring positive employee engagement throughout periods of change.With further transformation projects planned, this role offers the opportunity to become a trusted adviser to senior leaders while helping shape the future workforce strategy of the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Lead organisational design and workforce planning initiatives across multiple business areas.Partner with senior leaders to develop future-ready structures, roles and operating models.Refine organisational design proposals based on stakeholder and employee feedback.Manage complex change ..... full job details .....
