The Opportunity The organisation is currently undertaking a programme of change. As part of this transformation, new team structures, roles and responsibilities are being designed to support future business needs. Reporting to the senior people''s leadership team, you will lead on organisational design, workforce planning and change management activity, helping to refine existing proposals, incorporate stakeholder feedback and support implementation. A key focus of the role will be managing employee consultation processes, including restructuring activity and redundancy programmes, whilst ensuring positive employee engagement throughout periods of change.
