Working in a HR team that consists of four people, you will be expected to support with all senior HR duties that include: recruitment and onboarding, employment relations, training alongside policies and procedures.   Additional Responsibilities Include: Reporting into the Head Of Human Resources and support with all HR functions and responsibilities. Hold responsibility for the maintenance of HR systems. Ensure there is an accurate and timely production of all HR information. Offer advice and guidance to line managers in the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
