Mind operates a federated structure of Local Mind Associations, which are independent charities with their own funding and services. We provide services for adults, children and young people, signposting for everyone and training and consultancy for employers. Role Purpose The Senior HR Manager will provide high-quality, practical and values-led HR support across West London Mind, ensuring that managers and staff are supported through clear people processes, sound employment practice and a positive organisational culture. The postholder will work closely with the Director of Finance, senior leaders and managers to support recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, HR administration, learning and development, wellbeing, compliance and workforce reporting. The role has no direct line management responsibility but will provide expert advice, guidance and coordination across the organisation.
