Senior HR Manager (Part-time) – North London Streathers North London

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager (Part-time, 3 days per week)

to lead our HR function and support the firm’s growth. This role will combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, covering areas such as HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, learning and development, and HR operations. The successful candidate will act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives, ensure compliance with employment law, and help shape a positive, inclusive workplace culture.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver the firm’s HR strategy in line with business goalsAct as a trusted adviser to senior leadership and staff on HR mattersOversee recruitment, performance management, and talent developmentManage employee relations and ensure compliance with employment lawLead HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and HR systemsDrive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion initiativesSupport change management during periods of growth or restructuringProvide data insights and reporting to inform decision-makingKey Skills and ExperienceExperience:

7+ years in HR management, preferably within a law firm or professional services environmentEducation:

CIPD Level 5 qualification or aboveKnowledge:

Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and the challenges of the legal sectorSkills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and build relationships at all levelsTechnology:

Proficiency in HR-related tools; tech-savvy with an eye for innovationLeadership:
