DescriptionProvide commercially focused HR and employee relations advice to a diverse client portfolio.Support clients to develop and improve their HR practices, processes and people strategies.Advise and coach managers on HR policies, recruitment, performance and employee management.Help clients build positive, inclusive and values-led workplace cultures.Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on HR matters.Prepare and maintain HR documentation, policies, employee lifecycle documentation and client toolkits.
