Reporting directly to the People Director, you''ll partner closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver the people agenda, helping the business grow while keeping its people and culture at the heart of its decisions. What you''ll be doing Partnering with senior leaders across the UK to translate business priorities into clear, practical people plans Acting as a trusted advisor, coaching and challenging leaders on performance, team effectiveness and people decisions Leading complex employee relations matters, providing clear advice and working with the People Director on sensitive cases Driving organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives to support business growth Working with leaders to identify talent, strengthen succession plans and build leadership capability Using people data and insight to identify trends, anticipate challenges and recommend action Leading people projects that improve engagement, culture, wellbeing and ..... full job details .....
