Zachary Daniels are partnering with a leading retailer to recruit a hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support their retail teams. This is a true business partnering role - working closely with leaders across the retail operation to drive the people agenda, embed core values, and deliver smart, commercial HR support where it counts. Supporting and delivering the people plan across a regional retail populationPartnering with managers and leaders - coaching, advising, and constructively challenging where neededDriving employee engagement, performance, and talent conversationsHandling day-to-day ER issues with confidence and careLeading and supporting change programmes in a fast-moving environmentBringing a commercial, people-first lens to all activityQualifications
Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a fast-paced environment (ideally retail or hospitality)Strong ER background with the confidence to influence and challengeExperience working across field and/or head office populationsA natural relationship-builder and coachComfortable working independently and making sound decisionsCIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)What’s on offer
