Senior HR Business Partner - Leading FMCG Manufacturer - CraigavonMCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturer to recruit an experienced Senior HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.Reporting directly to the Site Director, this is a key strategic appointment where you will partner with the senior leadership team to drive the people agenda across a large manufacturing site. This role offers the opportunity to influence business performance through strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, organisational development and a proactive approach to people management.The RoleAs HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Site Director and wider leadership team to deliver the Group People Strategy at site level, ensuring people initiatives support operational performance and future business growth. You will lead workforce planning, organisational design and succession planning, ensuring the business has the capability and talent required to meet both current and future demands.You will act as the trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, providing expert guidance across disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and organisational change.
