Looking for an immediate-impact role in the charity sector? We need a

Senior HRBP

to partner with senior leaders, drive organisational change and deliver the People strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead restructures and TUPE (in and out)

Advise on complex ER cases (grievance, redundancy, performance)

Build strong Trade Union partnerships

Manage and develop HR colleagues

Qualifications

Proven Senior HRBP experience

Strong change management expertise

Strategic partnering track record

Line management experience
